By visiting our sites, using our services, or providing us with your Personal Data through our sites or services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If we have your name or email address for any of the reasons cited below, this information is never and will never be sold or given to any other business entity under any circumstances.

If you create and utilize an “Account” on our Enneagram in Business site, we collect the personal information you provide in your user profile (including email address, username and password).
If you are an Enneagram Learning Portal member, other than information needed for purchase below, we only store name and email.
When you make a purchase on either of our sites, we will collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, credit card information, billing information, and shipping address information (if applicable for the purchase). If you contact us through the “contact us” form to communicate with us, we collect your name and email address.
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will collect your email address and your name (if you provide it).
If you contact us via email, we collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in your email to us, in order to send you a reply.
4. COOKIES
To improve your experience on our site, we use ‘cookies’. Cookies are an industry standard and most websites use them. A cookie is a small text file that our site may place on your computer as a tool to remember your preferences. 5. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING
For online payments using credit or debit cards, we use the payment services of Stripe (https://stripe.com).
If you make a purchase while logged into your Account (or if you opt in to “Create an Account” in the check-out process), you will have the option to save your credit card information to your Account (“Save to Account”). If you choose to save credit card information to your Account to simplify the ordering process for you on your next order, we save the last four digits of your credit card, the expiration date of your credit card, the credit card type, your first and last name, your shipping and billing address. We do not store credit card number or your CVV2 number (the 3 to 4 digit security code on your card). We do not have access to your credit card number stored by Stripe.

Payment information stored by Stripe as described in Section 5 cannot be edited. If you wish, however, to edit payment information you have saved in your Account for your own access in making purchases, you can do this by deleting the payment information and adding new payment information from within your Account.
When you request deletion of your Personal Data by us, we will remove the display of such Personal Data so that you will no longer see such data in your Account. However, we may retain your information for record-keeping, auditing, fraud prevention, and similar purposes.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at www.theenneagraminbusiness.com, and we will change the “Last Updated” date above.
